This notice is sent as a benefit of your Sage Business Care plan to let you know that Sage 300 2017.2 is available.
Note: If you aren’t the person who installs Sage 300 software, please forward this email to the appropriate person.

Important information

In accordance with our support policy, Sage is supporting only Sage 300 2017, 2016, and 2014. We are no longer providing support for Sage 300 2012 or earlier versions. If you use a version that is not supported, we encourage you to contact your Sage business partner to upgrade to a supported version of the software.

What’s new

This update includes program fixes and new features for Sage 300c web screens and the Sage 300 classic desktop. New features include:

  • For both Sage 300c web screens and the Sage 300 classic desktop:
    • Set up and manage print-to-mail settings, including a new option to use SMTP, with a new Email tab on the Company Profile
  • For Sage 300c web screens:
    • Manage shipments, invoices, and batch credit card processing with new Order Entry web screens
    • Quickly look up Accounts Receivable documents with the new Inquiry feature
    • Check credit status for customers and national accounts using a new Credit Status tab on the A/R Customers web screen
  • For Sage 300 classic desktop:
    • Import records and set up your system faster using new import template files
